The Victims
On June 1, 2022 Tulsa police say Michael Louis went to the orthopedic office on the 2nd floor of the Natalie Building at Warren Clinic to kill his doctor.
He entered on the 2nd floor armed with an AR-15 style rifle and a semi-automatic handgun. He killed four people: his intended victim Dr. Preston Phillips, Dr. Stephanie Husen, Medical Assistant Amanda Glenn and patient William Love.
Police said Louis then took his own life.
