
Brodie Myers leads 2 News Oklahoma at 10 p.m.
He joined the KJRH team after graduating from Oklahoma State. He hails from Stillwater, but his family roots are in Green Country and Western Arkansas.
Since arriving in Tulsa, Brodie’s covered major weather events like the Father’s Day storm and tornadoes in Sulphur and Barnsdall. Some of his favorite stories include the restoration of the Dick Tracy Mural in Pawnee, and his series of reporting on Bartlesville’s Price Tower.
Before his time as an employee, he was on KJRH a few times as a kid, appearing on the TODAY Show Kid Reporter Contest. A vote of TODAY’s viewers sent Brodie to the final round, scoring an interview with Marcia Gay-Harden, and winning an all-expenses-paid cruise for he and his family.
Starting in high school and continuing through his college career, he was the public address announcer for OSU tennis and softball. He also anchored and reported for “The Daily O” student newscast. Notably, he covered President Donald Trump’s COVID-era rally at the BOK Center during his first presidency.
In his free time, Brodie enjoys watching college sports, the NFL and NHL. He also enjoys traveling, exercise and film.
