TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department is searching for an alleged "serial defecator" who they say has been terrorizing local businesses.

Officers were called to the shopping center near 81st Street and Harvard Avenue just before 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.

A business owner working out of the shopping center reported a man had been defecating into a dog waste bag, smearing it on the walls and doors of the businesses.

The owner installed security cameras and footage revealed the man was wearing a thong, a mask that had been cut open and a shower cap.

In surveillance video given to police, the man exposes himself before defecating into a dog waste bag.

Officers have responded to the area multiple times, but haven't been able to track him down.

"Please, if you know where we can find him, we’d love to relieve these business owners," police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Tulsa Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS. You can remain anonymous when calling. Reference case 2026-038363.
