TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa police arrested a man for murder in connection to the death of a homeless man near 1st and Utica on Jan. 10.
Alan Underwood Jr. was found dead in the snow by law enforcement.
Witnesses and surveillance cameras helped officers identify Jason Lynn as a suspect, who later admitted to fighting with the victim.
Officers said the injuries Underwood suffered during the fight were enough to kill him.
Lynn is a tribal member and will be prosecuted in either Tribal or Federal court. He was arrested for first-degree murder.
