CATOOSA, Okla. — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating after finding a man who drowned at the Port of Catoosa on August 4.
Troopers say a tugboat dropped off 54-year-old Tony Odell on a low-water pier before he sat down and fell into the water around 5:00 p.m.
Odell was from Little Rock, Ark.
