Deonte Green entered the blind plea on Wednesday, which means there is no prepared deal with the prosecutor, and he will take his chances at sentencing held before a judge.

In October 2017, Green was arrested for shooting and killing BA middle school teacher Shane Anderson in front of his two daughters.

Police said that Green raped an 81-year-old woman in the same neighborhood 30 minutes before the fatal shooting.

Tulsa District Attorney's Office said Green entered the blind plea to all the counts - which included kidnapping, murder and rape - except for three counts of possession of a firearm, which were dropped.
