On Monday, the Tulsa Police Department posted a video on Facebook that shows Franklin surprising Zarkeshan at a rehabilitation facility over the weekend.

In the video, Zarkeshan is shocked to see Chief Franklin and shows some of his rehabilitation exercises.

The video ends with photos and Chief Franklin presenting an "I Heart My Chief" sticker to Zarkeshan, saying he had left in Tulsa, which drew some laughs.
