OWASSO, Okla. — One man is dead after a car hit a man early Wednesday morning in Owasso.
It happened just before 6 a.m. Wednesday. Police said they got multiple calls about the crash and when they arrived on scene they interviewed several people, including the driver who hit the man. Investigators said the area where it happened is rural and there is no lighting or sidewalks.
Police identified the man as Carlos Erick Guzman, 33, but they have not been able to locate his family.
