Emergency crews are on the scene at the The Villas Midtown near 21st and Sheridan for a water rescue from a culvert.

The City of Tulsa is responding to isolated areas of flooding throughout the city.
Tulsans are asked to take precautions and ensure they aren't driving through high water.
The City of Tulsa's Department of Emergency Management is actively monitoring the situation and is coordinating with City departments on any issues that arise from heavy rains.
Current Closures:
- 4500 South Sheridan Avenue
- Additional roads may be closed or be inaccessible due to high water - Tulsans are asked to follow all posted signs and/or barricades

Elwood in Jenks is closed between 121st and 11th due to high water, according to the Jenks Police Department.

A Flash Flood Warning has been issued for Tulsa, Creek, and Okmulgee Counties until 1:45 p.m.
A Flood Watch is in effect for most of northeast Oklahoma until 1 p.m.
