TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa police are investigating a shooting that left one person dead Monday night at a south Tulsa apartment complex.
Police said they found the victim, Maurice Burgess, shot at Waterstone Apartments near 61st and Peoria.
Officers said Burgess was taken to a local hospital and eventually died.
Authorities have not released a suspect description at this time.
This is an ongoing investigation.
