Update: Medical Examiners release the preliminary autopsy report of two who died in Grove in April, confirming it was a murder-suicide.
According to the M.E. report, victim Alicia Hampton died after being shot in the head. Her death was ruled a murder.
They reported Marty Follis shot himself in the head.
The full reports will be released on June 26.

The Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation is assisting Grove police with an investigation into two deaths.
It happened at a home near the Patricia Island Country Club, by Fairway Circle. On Saturday morning OSBI confirmed the two dead are Marty Follis and Alicia Hampton.
James Fife lives across the street and says a middle-aged woman lived in the home with her two daughters.
Property records show the home belongs to Alicia Hampton, and she bought it in late March.
OSBI is the lead investigator. 2 News will update this story as we learn more.
