There will be a few places across the United States where the weather won't be delightful for the holiday.

A cold system producing rain and snow will exit the northeast part of the country tonight. There is also some snow approaching the great lakes region. Those snow showers will fade away overnight tonight.

Showers and thunderstorms will increase across Florida on Thanksgiving with warm high temperatures.

Speaking of temperatures, the coldest air for the holiday will stretch from Fargo, down into Cincinnati, and up throughout New England. The warmest weather aside from Florida will be in the desert southwest, where Phoenix will have mid 80s for the afternoon.

A potent system will bring heavy rain and mountain snow across the Pacific Northwest with flash flooding concerns.

Wherever your travel plans take you, have a safe and happy Thanksgiving.
