TULSA, Okla. — The Sooners and Longhorns are set to square off for the 116th time Saturday in Dallas.
This historic rivalry has a very different feel this season, especially for Oklahoma.
The Sooners are unranked, and trying to avoid the program's first 1-3 start to a season in more than 50 years.
The game will be played without the backdrop of the Texas State Fair and inside a Cotton Bowl with only about 25% capacity.
Joining Cayden to break down the matchup is SI Sooners Publisher John Hoover, who said quarterback experience and the psyche of the OU defense could be critical Saturday in Dallas.
