OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - Tennessee officials say a teacher suspected of kidnapping his 15-year-old student was spotted in Oklahoma city with the teen earlier in March.

KFOR reportsthat police found the two on surveillance footage at a Walmart on East I-240 Service Road in OKC after receiving a tip.

Investigators say the suspect, 50-year-old Tad Cummins has changed his appearance since issuing the amber alert.

The same images show the victim, 15-year-old Elizabeth Thomas may have red hair.
