2 arrested after victims 'viciously assaulted'

TULSA - Two women were arrested Saturday afternoon after being linked to two Tulsa robberies.

Shatona Bethel and Jamie Bethel are accused of robbing a CVS, a Subway restaurant and a Warehouse Market in Tulsa.

Tulsa Police say the women used force to take purses from victims in each of the incidents.

According to police, two victims at a Subway in west Tulsa were viciously assaulted. Police found the women as they tried to rob a home at Western Pines Apartments near 23rd Street and Jackson Avenue.

Both women are charged with two counts of robbery by force, 1st degree robbery.
