TULSA - The victim in a fatal wreck involving three vehicles has been identified by authorities this week.
Wednesday night, police responded to the wreck along Interstate 44 near the Peoria exit.
Officials with Oklahoma Highway Patrol say a car slowed down due to heavy traffic, causing a chain reaction near the Arkansas River bridge.
Troopers say the woman, Meosha McGee, 24, who died was in the last car on the passenger side. One driver suffered only minor injuries while another driver was transported to the hospital.
