SAND SPRINGS — The Tulsa County Sheriff's deputies have identified the man who died at the KRMG radio tower Sunday.

Deputies say Albert Badger has been identified as the deceased man in the incident.
Badger reportedly was found with burn marks, and had cable cutters laying under him that were still connect to the power supply, according to an arrest report.
Deputies have arrested Angie West in connection to this incident.
