TULSA — Tulsa police believe the mother of a five-year-old killed in an electric scooter crash near the Gathering Place has skipped town.
Last week the Tulsa County District Attorney filed charges of child neglect and negligent homicide against Evelyn Ortiz-Luevano.

Court documents say Ortiz-Luevano crossed both lanes going the wrong way - recklessly riding into oncoming traffic.
Police think she may be in Mexico.
