TULSA -- Police have identified a man shot and killed in Tulsa Friday morning as 38-year-old Walter Hogan.
The double shooting happened on the 900 block of East 36th Street North around 3:30 a.m.
Investigators say Hogan and a female victim were both shot. Hogan was transported to the hospital where he later died. The female victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.
Police are searching for the suspect.
