TULSA -- Tulsa Police have declared Operation Slick Streets amid falling temperatures and expected precipitation Saturday.
While on slick streets, officers will not respond to non-injury crashes.

Police say instead, drivers should exchange insurance information. Incidents can then be reported by filling out a form available at QuikTrip or online by clicking here.
