UPDATE: Evans has been found safe, according to TPD.
Tulsa Police Department is searching for a missing eight-year-old Sunday afternoon. Kai Evans was last seen near 1800 North Oswego Ave.
Kai was last seen wearing a green shirt and orange sweatpants. TPD is searching with their helicopter and on the ground.
