TULSA — Tulsa Police Lead Homicide Detective Brandon Watkins said a 14-year-old murder suspect has turned himself in.

Det. Watkins tells 2 Works for You "we heard he (Ahmahd Lee Frazier) was going to turn himself in and he must have."
Court records show that Frazier was charged with first-degree murder on March 25 in connection to the shooting death of Xzavion Chatman back on March 21 at the Edenwood Apartments.
Marvin Penn, 17, was arrested Wednesday in connection the murder, police said.
