TULSA — Tulsa police have arrested a teenager, who they said is suspected of shooting a man on March 21.

Police said they arrested Marvin Penn, 17, in connection to the death of Xzavion Chatman, who died from a gunshot wound, when he was shot at Edenwood Apartments.
