TULSA - A toddler is dead after being involved in a wreck, Wednesday evening.
The car accident occurred in west Tulsa near 49th West Avenue and West 21st Street. Officials with Oklahoma Highway Patrol say the 19-month-old child was transported to the hospital and later pronounced dead.
