Okmulgee County Sheriff's Office officials said the department received a tip that a land owner in the area of Gun Club Road and 330 Road found human remains.

The Medical Examiner's Office responded to the scene.

37-year-old Nicole "Nikki" Bain (Spears) was charged with first-degree murder and as a "material witness" in connection with the case. She's currently being held in the Okmulgee County Jail.

Deputies believe Spears was the last person to see or speak with 56-year-old Addison Waddell, also known as "Add."

He went missing June 24. Officials say he was supposed to be en route to North Carolina to visit family but never arrived. His vehicle was found wrecked and abandoned in Okmulgee.
