TULSA — According to Tulsa police, the Tulsa County Deputies, Tulsa Police Warrants Detectives and Homicide Detectives located, arrested Illie Roach on a murder warrant.
Police say Roach was arrested late Sunday afternoon in connection to the July 29th murder of Mary Sue Loving.

Police say, Loving's body was found outside of the Oklahoma State University Medical Center by medical staff.
Detectives said surveillance video from the medical center showed someone driving up to the emergency entrance and dropping her off in the parking lot, then leaving the scene.
