TULSA — Tulsa police have identified the woman whose body was discovered outside Oklahoma State University Medical Center as 49-year-old Mary Sue Loving.
Police said they have issued an arrest warrant for 50-year-old Illie Len Roach for her murder.
Early Monday morning, officers said they responded to a call around 3 a.m. at West 11th Street and South Houston Avenue.
Police said a medical staff found Loving's body outside bleeding. It is unclear if she was already deceased or what caused her injuries, police said.
Detectives said surveillance video from the medical center showed someone driving up to the emergency entrance and dropping her off in the parking lot, then leaving the scene.
During the investigation, police say they set up perimeter on the parking lot where Loving was found.
There are no details on a motive, police say.
The state medical examiner will determine the cause of death, police say.
