Tulsa Police have identified the man shot and killed Saturday at the Cascades Apartment complex on 71st Street.

Officers say 53-year-old Michael Binder was found in front of an apartment with an apparent gun shot wound.
Witnesses tell police they saw a white woman fleeing the scene, however, there is no suspect at this time.
