OWASSO, Okla. -- An Owasso man was sentenced Monday after pleading guilty to a fatal 2015 shooting.
Sean Askey, 27, was sentenced to three years in prison with seven years suspended after pleading guilty to manslaughter in May.

Askey was arrested in May of 2015 in connection to the shooting death of Robert Sapp, 28.
Originally, Askey claimed he accidentally discharged a .22 rifle, shooting Sapp in the head.
