Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers are investigating a fatal crash just southeast of Oologah Lake.
Officials say at least one person is dead after a collision involving two vehicles around 10:45 a.m. Monday at NS 4150 and EW 420, about one mile east of Highway 88.
