TULSA — Construction has started on new high-rise lofts coming to the Tulsa Arts District.
The Davenport Lofts, which will be located at 405 North Main Street, will feature ground-level retail and 32 residences for sale, starting at about $600,000.
Groundbreaking for the lofts was held Tuesday.
"The Tulsa Arts District has seen an explosion of growth in the past five years, but there's just no residential real estate available to buy, said Laura Hawkins, a McGraw Realtors agent representing the project. "Davenport Lofts will offer people who love this area the chance to own a beautiful home and be permanent stakeholders in the community."
The condos will range from 1,700-2,500 square feet, and will feature a shared rooftop terrace, private dog park and exercise studio.
