TULSA -- A man charged with shooting and killing his Tulsa neighbor is due in court Tuesday morning.
Majors is due in court at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. Attorneys for majors say they are now pursuing an insanity defense.

Authorities say Majors shot and killed Khalid Jabara in August after bombarding him with racial insults over several years as part of a feud with Jabara's family.
