TULSA -- A judge has overruled a motion to dismiss a case against a former Tulsa Police officer accused of killing his daughter's boyfriend.
A Tulsa judge dismissed a motion to dismiss the case against Shannon Kepler Tuesday morning, according to Kepler's attorney, Richard O'Carroll.

Kepler is accused of shooting and killing his daughter's 19-ear-old boyfriend Jeremy Lake in 2014.
