SAND SPRINGS, Okla. — Gas service has now resumed at Charles Page High School, according to the Sand Springs Public Schools Facebook page.

Approximately 80% of the heaters were turned on Wednesday evening after nearly a month without heat in the building.
"Oklahoma Natural Gas (ONG) was able to complete the gas meter installation and our contractor was able to connect the new gas line to the meter," officials said.

In the post, officials thanked CPHS staff, students and parents for their patience and understanding as they worked as quickly as possible to restore gas to the site.
