SAND SPRINGS, Okla. — The drop in temperature is worrying parents with children at Charles Page High School. The building is going on one month of no gas service.

A concerned mother emailed KJRH's news department saying her daughter is cold in class.
Principal Stan Trout says the building is undergoing construction, and all gas lines needed to be rebuilt. Trout says the contractor is almost finished with the work.
The next step is an inspection by Oklahoma Natural Gas, before the gas is turned back on.
Trout says they bought over 50 heaters, but there are not enough for every classroom. Trout says more will be bought, if needed.
For any student or guardian with concerns, he suggests they reach out to school administrators.
