CLAREMORE, Okla. — A man is found guilty of murdering his stepfather and setting his body on fire, according to Sheriff Scott Walton with the Rogers County Sheriff's Office.
A jury convicted Kevin Foster on all charges related to the case on Friday, Walton said.
Foster was arrested in November of 2018 for shooting his stepfather, 60-year-old Ricky Swan, and then setting Swan's travel trailer on fire.
Swan and Foster had been in a feuding relationship, said officials.
