Tulsa Police have arrested a man in connection to a midtown homicide.

Derrick Hughey was arrested late last night for second-degree murder and larceny of a person.
Investigators say Stephen Cook was talking with Hughey on Wednesday night near 51st and Yale.
Hughey then took off in his SUV, dragging Cook a short distance by his satchel that got caught on the vehicle.
Cook was then transported to the hospital where he later died.
