BARTLESVILLE, Okla. - After seeing a story about K9 officers in Bartlesville retiring, a 7-year-old businessman decided to donate some of his own money to the town's police.
7-year-old Koby Pierce says he got the idea to donate some cash from his gumball machine at the Painted Horse restaurant after K9 officers visited his school.
Koby met with police on Thursday to donate 10-percent of his profits to the department. Police gladly accepted the $3 and posed for pictures with the 7-year-old businessman.
