WAGONGER COUNTY, Okla. – Five people were arrested after authorities found drug paraphernalia as well as narcotics and firearms.
Wagoner County authorities were called to the area of 13500th block of South 235th East Avenue Wednesday where they say they discovered the narcotics and arrested Richard Broccard, 19, Miranda Broccard, 22, and Kelly Broccard, 50.
During this search, say authorities, deputies were able to obtain information that led them to another attempted narcotic delivery. At the scene, deputies arrested Stephanie Muldovan, 22.
Then due to that scene, another tip led deputies to the 2000th block of Southeast 7th Street in Wagoner where they located more narcotics and firearms. James Briggs, 33, was arrested after that incident.
Overall, Richard Broccard is charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous.
Miranda Broccard is charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous.
Kelly Broccard is charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous.
Stephanie Muldovan is charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, possession of a weapon while in the commission of a felony, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous.
James Briggs is charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, possession of a weapon while in the commission of a felony, maintaining a dwelling for the sale of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous.
