An online dare called "the duct tape challenge" is putting teens in the hospital.
The goal is for teens to break free from duct tape. Skyler Fish was hurt after his arms and legs were duct taped.
Fish's mother says his eye was badly injured.
"When he fell, he hit the corner of the window frame. It crushed his whole eye socket. When his eye socket was crushed, it pinched off nerves in his eye."
Fish's head was also slammed into the concrete, causing a brain aneurysm. His mother says parents need to talk to their teens about the danger the challenge presents.
