TULSA — A winter weather advisory is in effect until 6 a.m. Friday for the Tulsa area.
Freezing rain continued through Thursday afternoon primarily west of U.S. Highway 75. Bridges and overpasses will remain slick overnight.
Counties included in the advisory include Coal, Creek, Haskell, Latimer, LeFlore, McIntosh, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Pittsburg, Pushmataha, Tulsa and Washington.
Much warmer temperatures will arrive Friday.
