A strong arctic invasion has allowed our temperatures to plummet over the past few days with some areas reaching below zero readings.
If you're tired of the cold already, like myself, you're in luck. As the area of high pressure moves east, southerly flow will start to develop by Thursday which will start a nice warming trend. Say goodbye to subzero temperatures for quite awhile.
Over the weekend, some areas may top out near 70 degrees, a temperature Tulsa hasn't seen since December 4th!
It looks like we stay fairly mild through most of next week. However, winter is far from over. We could start to see some more bitterly cold air arrive in around 2 weeks for now.
