possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and northern Oklahoma, including the
following counties, in central Oklahoma, Payne. In northern
Oklahoma, Garfield, Grant, Kay and Noble.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

- Additional thunderstorms are possible tonight with heavy rain
potential.
