* IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, River levels remain mostly below banks...
in Logan and Payne counties. Some low-lying fields and oil wells
may be isolated... and cattle stranded... by water in cutoff
channels.

- At 1:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 11.3 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
- Forecast...The Cimarron River is expected to rise to a crest
of 17.0 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
