* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, minor rural flooding occurs from Skiatook
to Turley.

- At 2:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 22.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.3
feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late
tomorrow morning.
