* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, and southeast
Oklahoma, including the following counties, in east central
Oklahoma, Muskogee and Okfuskee. In northeast Oklahoma, Creek,
Okmulgee and Wagoner. In southeast Oklahoma, McIntosh.
* WHEN...Until 1130 PM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1128 AM CDT, emergency management reported several road
closures across the warned area. Doppler radar indicated
heavy rain in the warned area. Flooding is ongoing.
