* WHERE...Bird Creek at Avant.
* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, minor flooding of farmlands occurs along
the floodplain of Bird Creek downtream from Avant.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 18.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is near a second crest and will begin to
fall this afternoon. The river is expected to fall below
flood stage this evening.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
