Booze-infused ice cream, popsicles and sorbets have been popular for some time, and for good reason — they combine two favorite guilty pleasures into one. But if you don’t feel like making your own boozy ice cream at home (or if you just don’t have an ice cream maker), grocery store options are super convenient.

Truly, a brand popular for its hard seltzers, has now branched into the boozy ice cream world with a brand new collection of ice creams and sorbets, all of which are infused with spiked seltzer. The collection is a collaboration with Tipsy Scoop, a New York-based ice cream shop that specializes in hand-crafted alcoholic ice cream.

Truly Hard Seltzer

The new Truly ice creams and sorbets come in four flavors: Truly Original Lemonade Ice Cream, Truly Mango Lemonade Sorbet, Truly Black Cherry Lemonade Ice Cream and Truly Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet.

Each flavor comes in one pint, with up to 5% alcohol by volume (ABV).

You can buy a pack of all four Truly seltzer-inspired ice creams and sorbets for $48 from Tipsy Scoop. Or, you can order a variety pack that also includes one can of each flavor of hard seltzer, in addition to the four pints, for $60. Each option is available as an online purchase for delivery (for customers over 21, of course).

While you could definitely just eat them straight out of the pint, these flavors also make it even easier to hack your own sweet treat recipes at home, like hard seltzer slushies, first popularized using the White Claw brand of hard seltzer. You could also combine the hard seltzer with the ice cream to make an extra-boozy float.

Other companies have also ventured into alcoholic desserts, including Häagen-Dazs, SH!VR, Bud Light, and Buzz Pop.

The hard seltzer infusion is definitely a new twist on boozy ice cream. Will you try this?
