NORMAN — University of Oklahoma officials announced the Sooners are moving this year's Spring Game up to Friday due to inclement weather predicted on Saturday.

This year, the Spring Game will be played Friday at 7:30 p.m.

Officials said gates 2, 7, 10, 12, 14 and 16 will open to the public at 5:30 p.m.,

Lee Brice's concert was moved to 6:30 p.m.

"Saturday is going to be a tough day in terms of the weather so this helps our fans and also gives us better conditions to play the game," Sooners Head Coach Lincoln Riley said in a news release.

Officials said most campus parking lots will be open and free of charge for fans.

Fans who park at Lloyd Noble Center will be able to ride free shuttle buses to the stadium starting at 4 p.m., officials said.

Officials said tailgating will be permitted after Noon.

Tickets for season ticket holders are $8 and $10 for non-season ticket holders.
