Woman killed in two-vehicle crash near N Peoria and Archer ID'd by TPD

TULSA---Tulsa Police have identified a 40-year-old woman who died in a traffic collision near N. Peoria and Archer Saturday afternoon. 

Police say Temica Bates was driving a Lincoln Towncar southbound on N. Peoria when she went left of center and collided with a 2007 Chevrolet pickup truck headon. 

Witnesses told police the woman was driving in an "erratic manner". 

Officers say the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the truck, a 40-year-old, was transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. 

Police say they don't expect any charges to be filed in this accident.
